Welcome to Appartement 42 of the family Reiter. The cozy apartment is located in the center of Haus im Ennstal and is therefore an ideal starting point for winter and summer vacations.
The Hauser Kaibling cable car is the first entrance to the Schladminger 4-Mountain ski area and can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. However, if you want to take it easier, you can also take the bus, because the bus stop is just a minute's walk from the apartment. The local bus connections will take you to the most beautiful leisure activities in winter and summer.

Our apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2 - 4 people, is located on the first floor of our family house and is accessible via a separate entrance door. Due to the ground level location, a certain barrier-free accessibility is given.
It has a separate bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The cozy living room is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, electric stove, oven and dishwasher and the pull-out sofa can accommodate the 2 additional people.

Due to the central location in the village house, you can reach café and restaurants in a few minutes walk. A bakery for fresh breakfast sandwiches is just as close as the local supermarket (Billa). Just opposite the vacation apartment is the small but fine outlet store of our local sports retailer Sport Hauser Kaibling. In addition, the smallest visitors have always found the popular playground on a round through the village. So, just keep your eyes open.

The village Haus im Ennstal is centrally located in the region Schladming-Dachstein and offers numerous possibilities for vacations in the mountains. The Schladming 4-Mountain ski area with Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm provides 123 kilometers of slopes for boundless skiing pleasure.
Those who want to enjoy the winter off the slopes spend their days sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, ice skating, fat biking, snowshoeing or classic winter hiking in the snowy forests of the region. Not to forget the 220 km of cross-country ski trails in Ramsau am Dachstein - a true Nordic Eldorado.

For a varied summer vacation, in addition to the walking and hiking trails, numerous leisure activities such as climbing, kayaking, archery, zipline, pony rides and many more. The region's diverse bike trails offer tours for all ages. Leisurely it goes along the Ennsradweg, the little guests can prove their Junior Trails and for the professionals it goes to the bike park, so no wishes remain unfulfilled.
