Room layout: Entrance area, kitchen with large dining table and access to the terrace with balcony; small TV room; 1 double room (box spring bed 180x200) with shower/WC and 1 double room (box spring bed 140x200) with shower/WC/balcony;

Coffee powder & filters, salt & pepper; dishwashing liquid & tabs (dishwasher) are available. An electric table grill is on the terrace.

Dogs cost € 15,-- per day; blankets + food bowls are available (to be paid on site).

You can expect an unobstructed, magnificent, clear view of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the surrounding mountain landscape.

The location of the house is the ideal starting point for various activities such as hiking or biking tours, excursions, as well as many other sports activities in summer and winter.

In the summer, my guests benefit from the personalized St. Johann Card, which grants free entrance to the Panorama Swimming World (outdoor and indoor pool), and in the winter, to the indoor pool in the Panorama Swimming World.

The bus & ski- and hiking bus stop is only a few meters from the house and allows for convenient access to the ski areas of St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte; other well-known ski areas like Skiwelt, Kitzbühel, or Fieberbrunn/Leogang can be reached within a few minutes by car.

A nearby cross-country ski trail entrance is an excellent option for all cross-country skiers.

The proximity to the bus stop not only facilitates access to ski areas but also offers a convenient connection to the center of St. Johann/Tirol (only about 20 minutes on foot), with many shopping opportunities and restaurants.

Dogs are allowed and cost € 15,- per dog/day (to be paid on-site).

In the summer, there is a small garden with seating right next to the private entrance.
