The train station and bus stop can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Nearby is the Aktivpark Tschagguns, several cross-country ski trails, and two ski areas (Silvretta Montafon and Golm). There is parking available for 2 cars directly in front of the house, as well as a storage space for bicycles or skis.
