Nice apartment located in Arenella neighborhood, between Palermo historic center and the seaside village of Addaura.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building located in a residential area. The entrance opens onto a living room furnished with a sofa set in front of a TV, a desk and other
retro design furniture. From here you will access the kitchen, characterized by a ceiling with exposed beams, fitted with all kinds of cookware and comforts such as the microwave and the oven. A French window leads to a terrace which comes with a small wooden table.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Comforts such as free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom and the heating with heat pump will be at guests’ disposal.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
Palermo central station is 7,5 km away from the apartment, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Schöne grosse Wohnung, war sauber als wir angekommen sind, hat sehr viele Sachen und ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet. beim Check-in mussten wir jedoch 20 Minuten warten bis jemand gekommen ist weil er nicht pünktlich war. Die Lage ist nicht optimal da in dieser Umgebung überhaupt nichts los ist und auch kein schöner strand in der nähe ist, ohne auto sollte man diese Umgebung sowieso meiden zu fuss kommt man hier nicht weit, und Taxi preise sind überhaupt nicht billig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem einheimischen block. Den Abfall musste man selber entsorgen gehen. Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes war nicht im optimal Bereich weil sie auch nicht auf meine frage antworteten, erst am vorletzten Tag meldeten sie sich um sich über das check-out zu vergewissern. Sie haben uns noch ein Taxi bestellt um an flughafen zu kommen und haben gesagt es kostet nur 45€ war aber im Endeffekt 60€.
