The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift, and blends practicality with comfort in a modern, well-equipped environment. The air-conditioned living-dining area, featuring a Smart TV, flows seamlessly into the induction-equipped kitchen — fully fitted for cooking — creating a warm, functional space to enjoy with family. There are three bedrooms: a single room with a fan and wardrobe, a double room with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
