On the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms: the first equipped with a practical bridge wardrobe and a clothes rack, and the second with an antique chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a clothes rack.
The highlight of this apartment is the spacious terrace on the second floor, furnished with a dining table, where you can enjoy delicious meals outdoors or relax with an aperitif, taking in a panoramic view of the city of Noto. Completing the apartment are two modern bathrooms with showers.

Also called ”the capital of Baroque”; the historic center of Noto was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2002. Among the protected assets you can find the Cathedral of Noto, the most important catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the center, Palazzo Ducezio is not to be missed, a true gem of baroque architecture that houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (“Hall of Mirrors”). Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.

The train station is around 20 minutes on foot from the apartment while the airport is 90 km away.
