The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by stairs, is characterized by the high ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The open plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen equipped with many cooking tools, including a dishwasher. This room boasts an access to the terrace with table and chairs, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed and a closet, and a second bedroom, located on a mezzanine accessible from the living room through a staircase, which has two single beds, a dresser and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.
