Surrounded by the breath-taking mountain scenery of the Stubaital, the Josef Leitgeb Holiday Apartment is quietly and sunnily located in Telfes. The idyllic area at the edge of the forest invites all those seeking relaxation and sports enthusiasts to unwind and enjoy their holidays.

The centre of Telfes with supermarket and restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away. The family-friendly Schlick 2000 skiing area is a 5-minute drive and Stubai Glacier can be reached within 30 minutes. The beautiful Alpine city of Innsbruck can equally easily be accessed taking a romantic train ride with the Stubaitalbahn.

The newly opened Stubay water park and pool world in Telfes is only a 10-minute walk from our Josef Leitgeb Holiday Apartment away as well. After an active day in the Stubaital, the Stubay also offers fun and relaxation for the whole family in the spacious sauna area.
Our Josef Leitgeb Holiday Apartment is modern and comfortable and allows you to enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere. One apartment comes with private terrace and is located on the ground floor, while the other one is a top floor apartment. Thanks to your private balcony you can fully enjoy the evenings together with your family.

The apartment for 2-5 people on the upper floor comes with two bedrooms with TV, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a spacious kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, i.e. lots of space for the whole family. The single-room apartment for 2-3 persons is located on the ground floor and has a small kitchenette.

Our guests are welcome to use our gas-powered barbecue grill. On request, the local baker delivers freshly baked goods to your apartment during the week. Parking right outside the Josef Leitgeb Holiday Apartment and Wi-Fi are available for free. Ski and sports equipment can be dryly and safely stored in our garage.

Telfes in the beautiful Stubaital is a multi-faceted family and hiking paradise in summer. It offers beautiful walks for leisurely hikers and hiking tours and trails across all levels to experienced athletes.

The four skiing areas in the Stubaital offer something for every guest’s demand. The Hochserles in Mieders and the Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes are particularly popular among families. Our guests also enjoy the Stubaital away from the slopes, on the natural sled runs, when snowshoeing or on one of the lovely sun terraces of the skiing resorts.
