The house is located in a small nice settlement, just about 15 minutes on foot to the city center.
There is a garden, a barbecue, a fire pit, seating areas in the garden, and a small pond with fish. There are 2 highlights in the accommodation: the whirlpool in the bathroom for 2 people and the extra-large waterbed measuring 200x220 cm. Air conditioning is only available in this room.
Carport parking space for 1 car and 1 open parking space (free).
Laundry service available for an extra charge upon request. (1 wash cycle including drying and folding without ironing) 7,- euros
