With a living area of 110 m², the holiday home offers space for families, friends, or couples who appreciate spaciousness. Both bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas open up with their windows to the west side – overlooking the private meadows that stretch directly to the adjacent fields.

The rooms are equipped with high-quality furnishings and designed to be warm and inviting. Underfloor heating in all areas provides cozy warmth in the colder months. The holiday home also meets the latest technology standards with its sustainable energy concept, featuring a photovoltaic system, battery storage, and heat pump. For little guests, a baby's crib and high chair are available.
If you want to stay reliably online even on vacation, you will appreciate the fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. In the living room, a cozy sofa and TV with internet access await – just like in both bedrooms – perfect for movie nights.
Cooking and baking like at home - Or even a little better
Good food is important for a great vacation, even in the countryside. And for that, you need a well-equipped, modernly designed, large kitchen.
The kitchen in the holiday home Kurt is a highlight for hobby cooks: With Bora ceramic cooktops, a Beko oven, a Jura fully automatic coffee machine, an air fryer, and a dishwasher, no wishes remain unfulfilled. From breakfast to delicious cakes to festive meals – everything can be conjured up here. For a quick snack, there's a small counter with 2 bar stools.
Small practical helpers like a kettle, toaster, & co. are, of course, also available.

The property surrounding the holiday home Kurt is completely fenced and offers plenty of space for children, four-legged friends, or simply for yourself. Two large meadow areas invite you to play ball, romp around, or relax in the sun.
On the covered terrace, you can sit outside in any weather – with a view of the greenery, the scent of freshly grilled food in the air, and a glass of wine in hand. Garden furniture is available, and there's a carport for your vehicle. For electric cars, a dedicated charging station is located directly at the house.

Welcome to Spreiterhof – a dreamy little hamlet with only ten residential houses. Here stands the holiday home Kurt – also known as "Kurt’s Heisje." Anyone who arrives here immediately senses: Time ticks slower. The air is clearer. Everyday life stays outside.
