The holiday apartment is located in a sunny, quiet area and is generously furnished with a living room, bedroom with double bed and view of the Western mountains, guest room with sofa bed, kitchenette (with appliances) including an electric stove, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer, separate WC, and storage room. All rooms are accessible separately, except for the guest room from the living room, which has a south-facing balcony. All living areas are laid out with wooden floors. The living room is of high quality, featuring solid wood Tyrolean furniture with a tiled stove and offers a southern view into the Karwendel mountains and access to the balcony. Wi-Fi, TV, stereo system, and a private parking space are available.
We give our guests the feeling of being able to live at home right in the middle of one of the most beautiful holiday areas of the Tyrolean mountains.

Our cozy apartment is located in the upper part of Pertisau in a quiet area, from where all essential recreational opportunities are easily accessible on foot: golf club, Karwendel cable car, cross-country skiing trails, hiking paths in the Karwendel valleys, town center, lakeside promenade, Achensee shipping, bus stop in three minutes. The apartment is in a building with nine condominiums, ours located on the first floor. The building has no elevator; the stairs are simple and easily walkable (with two intermediate landings).
