Perfect location. A large and comfortable apartment that suits larger groups. Very nice and helpful staff. The apartment met all our requirements and I am sure we will return.

The property was as described. However there was no air conditioning which was a big issue as was very hot during our stay. The fans provided were not enough to cool us down. There were no windows in the bathrooms so they in particular became very hot and sticky. We requested a couple of things from rentals collections during our stay which were not forthcoming which was a little disappointing. Overall was a great property and location but it was too hot and could have had a little more help from the team.

The location is amazing!! The apartment was very clean! The only thing is that it is dark, you cannot really see the outside. Luckily we didn’t spend that much time in the apartment.

Our family of eight felt very comfortable here. The four bedrooms provided private space when needed and the dining table and common sitting area were both very nice. Lots of great shops and bakeries near by and the entire area was beautiful!

2 families stayed there for 4 nights. 4.75 Star for me :-)+ Very well maintained property+ location very convenient (2 min to supermarket, 5-7 min to the beach, many restaurants nearby)+ ample space for 2 families and their children+ well stocked cutlery in the kitchen+ nice homely feel- A couple of restaurants just below the apartment may make it a bit noisy at timesAll and all wonderful stay, definitely recommend

The apartment was in a fantastic location with the convenience of the Mercado San Martin in the next block . Very comfortable , clean , warm and spacious enough for our family of 6 . Old town is just 10 mins by foot . Many bakeries around to grab breakfast . Main bus station is only 10 mins walk away so easy travel to Bilbao airport . Best of all is they have an office 2 mins away to collect keysif there was any issue . I would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to San Sebastián with a family .

It was located in a great neighborhood with tons of cool stuff nearby. Plus, the host was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a sweet place to stay, I highly recommend it.
