The Joy apartment stands out for its location just a few steps from Zurriola beach. Located on the first floor of a classic building with a sandstone facade, the building has an elevator and the portal has been recently renovated.

Located just 230m from Zurriola beach, the apartment stands out both for its location in the Plaza de Catalunya, and for its spaciousness and brightness. Both the city center and the old part are just 800m away. The apartment has two french balconies that face Plaza Cataluña. The spacious living-dining room and two of its four double bedrooms, also face Plaza Cataluña. The apartment has been recently renovated and boasts for its magnificent living-dining room facing the designer open concept kitchen just by the dining area.

The apartment inside has an industrial style decoration, with a touch of urban materials and colors. It comes with a living-dining room with an open kitchen, four double bedrooms and three fully equipped bathrooms with comfortable showers. The living-dining room has a four-seater sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a dining table for eight guests.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers a designer peninsula facing the dining space. Two of the bedrooms come with double beds while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The apartment has three fully equipped bathrooms with spacious showers.

This was a great stay for us (6 adults + 1 toddler). It is right by a playground (great for toddler) and walkable to old town but in a much more quiet area. The apartment had everything we needed for an easy stay (clean, well stocked). Would say the few things to keep in mind - key pick up is quite far (10-15m walk), walls in apartment are quite thin so can hear everyone, there were 2 odd rooms with no ceilings? But could close and lock those doors. But otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Bellissimo, ci è piaciuto tutto. La casa è molto grande, spaziosa e arredata bene. Adatta al nostro gruppo di 7 persone. Posizione perfetta a Gros quartiere vivace con la spiaggia di Zurriola a 5 minuti a piedi. Purtroppo due stanze non hanno una vera e propria finestra poiché affacciano sul cavedio interno. Un pochino rumorosa perché la piazza è molto vivace ma per noi non è stato un problema

We liked the apartment very much, mainly due to the location. The apartment is nicely and modern decorated, although with 8 people to stay we would expect a dryer en more equipement in the kitchen. What we didn’t like was the fact that there was no airconditioning in the back of the apartment (in the area of the entrance) the two bedrooms adjoined were very hot en it was hard to keep fresh air as one window opens up to the elevator and the other to boiler space. The elevator is very wobbly and noisy en one of the bedroom windows opens up directly to the elevator. Therefore, an overall rating of 7 and value for money of 6 - it’s an expensive apartment. But as said, the location is fantastic and apartment on itself is very nice and crisp. The lady at the service was friendly and helpful. A suggestion is the option of key locker with access code at the apartment, so you don’t have to pick up the keys.

We had a wonderful family trip at this apartment. It is a short walk to the old town in a lovely family friendly area very close to the beautiful beach. The apartment easily accommodated us and was very comfortable.

Had a very enjoyable stay with my 3 girlfriends.The apartment is beautiful in a wonderful location. It’s a 10 minute walk to everything, but in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.The apartment was very clean and very nicely furnished . Felt spacious and comfortable.There is a washing machine, but no drier which I guess is standard in Europe , but a surprise for us Canadians. The only negative was that we had to go to the rental office in another location to pick up the keys . This was inconvenient as we had lots of luggage since we were 4 ladies travelling in Europe extensively. We had to take 2 separate taxis. It would have been much nicer if someone took the time to meet us at the apartment with the keys.Overall a lovely space and a good experience.

Good location, clean apartment. Very responsive when we have queries. Would be helpful if it was made known the checkin to collect the key is in another location (15 mins walk).

alojamiento genial. La amplitud y la ubicación. Repasar bien que los electrodomésticos funcionen. Por ejemplo, la plancha no funcionaba. Y poner secadores de pelo en todos los baños. Quizás también unos juegos (cartas, dados...)

Maravilloso departamentoMuy bien ubicado .Lo mejor de nuestro viaje a España .Igual que en la fotos y mas , tenía de todo y cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados.Al frente hay una plaza muy linda y una iglesia que le da una vista al balcón para no olvidar .
