Modern and cozy apartment with balcony, just a few minutes walk from Politeama Theater and Via della Libertà, an Art Nouveau area of Palermo known for its palaces and avenue that still preserve the decorations of the time.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a renovated building within the courtyard of a historic building accessible by elevator and by an additional flight of steps. The entrance opens onto the bright living room, furnished with a wooden table and benches, sofa bed and TV and featuring a large furnished balcony.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and is illuminated by large windows and equipped with everything you may need for cooking. Both double bedrooms, equipped with an open wardrobe and tastefully furnished, come with an en suite bathroom with shower. The furniture is essential and functional, all with the aim of giving brightness and freshness to the apartment.

*We inform our guests that the property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding that will not cause any noise.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! A few minutes from our apartment our guests can reach Via Roma, where the airport shuttle stop can be found. Shops, markets and restaurants are all around the neighborhood.
