Apartment in Manerba del Garda, inside the Residence "San Sivino" equipped with swimming pool, playground and direct access to the beach and lake.

The apartment welcomes guests with the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV and open kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle and toaster. The living room also overlooks the private porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs from which there is a beautiful view of the lake and the residence grounds. The apartment continues with the bedroom with queen-size bed and closet, and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

Guests have air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and residence amenities such as parking space and swimming pool.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.
*Guests can easily park a car in the private parking space inside the residence (size: 2.50 x 5 m).
*The pool can be used from May 01 to September 30. Use of swimming cap is required.
*On request, possibility of providing a crib and high chair for children.
*Pets are not allowed.

Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where much of Lake Garda and some of its islands can be seen.

The nearest airport in Verona is only a 45-minute drive from the Residence.
