You can feel at home in the large, open-plan living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. A coffee machine, kettle, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, etc. are available. With the large satellite TV in the living area, you can receive all kinds of programs. But rest assured, you will hardly use it. From the living room, a large sliding door leads directly to the first terrace.
There are two bedrooms in the property. In the large bedroom, you will find a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m bed with two high-quality mattresses in different degrees of firmness (soft/medium). The smaller bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 x 2.00 m box spring bed.
The bathroom is modern and furnished to a high standard. The stylish washbasin area has a permanently installed hairdryer, and a floor-level walk-in shower makes using it a real experience. A toilet is of course included. A first aid kit is available in a wall cabinet so that minor injuries can be treated immediately.
The reading room provides plenty of peace and relaxation on dull, rainy days. Here you will find a carefully selected range of literature to help you escape from everyday life. From the reading room, a large door leads to the second, covered terrace.
The property also has a utility room. You can use the permanently installed wardrobe with hangers. You will also find a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron here.
The two terraces, one covered and sheltered from the wind, the other open, are perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. Or you can simply take a few steps away from the property and find yourself on the nearest forest path, ready to start a hike full of discoveries through the Thuringian Forest. There is a badminton set in the closet in the hallway, which you can use on the adjacent lawn.
