Welcome to our "Waterdunenhuis" in Breskens at the Schoneveld Park.

Enjoy your holiday in a non-smoking house in a dream location: Unobstructed view of the "Waterdunen" nature reserve and only 500 m from the sea - the perfect place to unwind.

A luxuriously equipped living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, garden with terrace, and a large roof terrace offer everything your heart desires.
The modern, high-quality house, flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows and furnished with attention to detail, provides you, your family, and your furry friends with an oasis of comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment. The chalet has space for up to 6 people.
Of course, your four-legged friend is also warmly welcome. They will love the park and the sea, just 500 meters away.

The outdoor area has a large sun terrace with a dining area and lawns for playing, romping, and sunbathing.
In the garden shed or storage room, you can store your bicycles and other equipment.
An external staircase leads to the large roof terrace, from where you can let your gaze wander over the park, the Waterdunen, the dike, and even the lighthouse. At high tide, you can even see the ships on the sea.

The roof terrace has a cozy lounge area, two sun loungers, and a large parasol. From there, you can undisturbedly observe the wildlife and flora in the nature reserve. A highlight is the beautiful sunsets over the Waterdunen or the lighthouse.

The property of our chalet is completely fenced, so your furry nose can move freely and explore its territory while you enjoy your holiday.

The large terrace sliding doors allow the living area to be connected with the terrace, which has a dining table for 6 people and another parasol.

The chalet consists of a spacious, open living and dining area with a gas fireplace. From there, you have an unobstructed view of the nature reserve and the dike.

The luxurious kitchenette is equipped with a separate microwave-oven combination that also includes the fridge-freezer combination, separate dish cabinets, and compartments, a high-quality electric stove with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, additional cabinets, and a filter coffee and Senseo machine, dishes, glasses, bowls, and pots. The large dining table with seating for 8 people invites you to cozy gatherings.

Our Waterdunenhuis has two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom (shower and washbasin), next to which is a walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and is equipped with two single beds (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm), connected to a spacious wardrobe niche.

A staircase leads to the mezzanine. This "snuggle sleeping place" with a room height of 1.20 m is located on the upper floor and is ideal for your children. Two floor-recessed mattresses (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm) and the large space provide the perfect play paradise and invite not only to sleep. The spacious wardrobe niche offers not only space for your clothes but is also an ideal hiding place for your children or a retreat for your furry friend.

You will need to bring your own bed linen. The size of the bed linen is the same in all three bedrooms: The pillowcase should be 80x80 cm, the duvet cover 135x200 cm.

The bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor is accessible from all rooms.
An additional separate toilet completes the amenities.

You only need to bring bed linen (pillow and duvet covers), towels, tea towels, and a desire for a holiday, North Sea air, the sound of the sea, and relaxation.
