The apartment has a private garden of approx. 200 sqm, which offers a wonderful view of the village Siusi.

Ein besonderer Platz
Wir haben den Luxus der Garage mit dem Aufzug bis in die Wohnung gern genutzt. Tatsächlich käme man sehr gut auch ohne Auto zurecht mit der Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür, sehr häufig verkehrenden Bussen in alle Richtungen, einem kurzen Spaziergang zur Liftstation der Seiser Alm Bahn.

Wunderschön
Als erstes wird man von Kathia herzlichst empfangen und fühlt sich sofort wie zu hause. Ein schöner Obstteller und ein prima Weinchen, wovon wir im Ort noch einige gekauft haben, haben uns gut geschmeckt. Alles sehr sauber im und ums Haus und die Einrichtung komplett. Die Betten sehr angenehm(ganz wichtig wenn man keine 18 mehr ist). Im Bad sind auch genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Waschmaschiene bietet auch nicht jeder. Überall Fußbodenheizung hat natürlich meiner Frau gefallen. Ganz toll ist auch die Anfahrt. Man fährt mit dem Auto in die Garage unterm Haus und kommt mit dem Fahrstuhl dierekt in die Wohnung. Das nenne ich komfortablen Luxus. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr ruhig.
Der Blick von der grünen Terasse auf Seis ist der Hammer.

...hier fühlt man sich wohl !
Info für Skifahrer> es ist ein Abst. für Skier vorhanden, den haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern die Ausrüstung oben auf der Alm deponiert. Somit konnten wir fußläufig und zeitlich unabhängig (obwohl Skibushaltestelle i. d. Nähe) den Tag starten und beenden.
Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, sehr ruhig und mit einer genialen Aussicht. Auf frische Bäckerbrötchen haben wir somit verzichtet und uns mit Backofen und Toaster beholfen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit großem Garten in Seis
Die Wohnung ist toll, mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann, und gerade mit Kind/Kindern super. Nicht zu vergessen der tolle Garten!
Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Wanderungen können von hier gestartet werden, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und die Seiser Alm Bahn ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das i-Tüpfelchen sind aber Kathia und Helmuth selber. Ihre Gastfreundschaft, Herzlichkeit und tollen Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank, wir kommen definitiv wieder!
