The holiday apartment "Edelrose" is located on the first floor of a Bavarian country house, which is in a quiet location in Grainau. The apartment measures 90 m² and is ideal for 2-4 persons. The apartment was furnished with love to detail, so that you will feel completely comfortable here.

In the apartment “Edelrose” there are two large bedrooms with wardrobe and oversized double beds, which offer you the right feel-good ambience for a healthy sleep. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with TV and its own balcony and offers a lot of space for the whole family.
There is a cosy, fully equipped kitchen with a Bavarian sitting area, which invites you to cook and eat together. The cosy living room of the holiday flat "Edelrose" is equipped with a comfortable upholstered seating group for 4 persons. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, a shower and a WC.

From the large south/west balcony you can enjoy the gigantic view over the Zugspitze. The village Grainau is the perfect holiday destination for mountain lovers both in summer and winter. All around there are beautiful hiking trails as well as the wonderful skiing area Kreuzeck/ Haubsberg and of course the skiing area Zugspitze. The bus stop and the centre with restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.

Eine sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts und der Ausblick auf die Zugspitze ist perfekt. Parkplatz und Unterbringung der E-Bike's mit Lademöglichkeit sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Gepflegte, schöne, große Wohnung. Ideal gelegen: ruhig, Spazierwege beginnen vor der Tür. Ein sehr guter Ort zum Entspannen.
Einziger Minuspunkt: es gibt nur einen einzigen Platz in der Wohnung, der hell genug beleuchtet ist, um abends lesen zu können.

Wir haben uns spontan für die diese Wohnung entschieden und trotz Feiertag konnten wir schnell die Wohnung beziehen und den Schlüssel holen.
Wanderweg bis zum Eibsee von der Unterkunft durch den Wald zu erreichen,leider erst später gesehen.Bardesee (Sehenswürdigkeit)in ein paar Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen.Auf dem Balkon konnten wir ab Nachmittag's die Sonne genießen,auf dem kleineren Balkon die morgen Sonne 1-2 Stunden.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. Tolle und ruhige Lage am Ortsrand.

Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer und vor Ort gut organisierter Urlaub. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Fewo ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten. Die zwei Balkone bieten bei jeder Wetterlage ein überdachtes Plätzchen mit schöner Aussicht.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures online don't do it justice. It's much bigger with two balconies, two W/C and very spacious bedrooms (with A/C). The kitchen is fully equipped. Bus stop is only a few min from the apartment and a nice walking trail is next to the house. It's a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend to stay at the "Edelrose".
