The high-quality equipped apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the "lighthouse residential complex" directly at the small storm harbor in the best central location of Steinhude.
The 2-room apartment has a habitable size of about 75m² with two terraces (east-facing, west-facing with electric awning) and underfloor heating. The light-flooded living / dining area is directly connected to the open kitchen with a kitchen counter (bar). The floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with external roller shutters.
Furthermore, we offer our guests a car underground parking space, elevator from the underground car park to each floor, WLAN (Internet 100 MBit/s DSL), 2 x TV, JBL Flip Essential - Speaker, washing machine on request, relax garden loungers, terrace furniture, electric table grill for unforgettable barbecue evenings and a beach chair.

Perfekte Wohnung, perfekte Lage
Die Lage ist grandios und der Blick aus jedem Fenster fantastisch.
Die 2 Terrassen sind ideal, weil MSN immer sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten zur Verfügung hat. Das Highlight waren die filmreifen Sonnenuntergänge.
Sehr gut auch die geräumige Tiefgarsge mit Aufzug bis zur Wohnung.
Diese Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Sehr guter Kontakt und reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe mit den Eigentümern. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt und Wasser im Lühlschrank bereit.
Die Wohnung bietet sich für schöne Radtouren und Spaziergänge an.
Es war einfach hundertprozentig schön!
