The four-star-apartment is located in a historical farmhouse with old oak studding and an open fireplace from 1861.
On the ground floor there is the living area with a kitchen and a guest toilet. The sleeping area (four beds and a studio couch) with a bathroom is located on the upper floor with a view over the rhododendron garden. The front bedroom is a walk-through room to the bathroom and the other bedroom.
There is a passage to the apartment Gartenblick. If you like, you can book both apartments together.
In the large garden you will find deciduous trees in a quiet location. There are many old rhododendrons, which are typical for Westerstede. The property is bounded by 20 sequoias.
On the property with an idyllic cottage garden is also a bungalow with an extension. Next to it you will find the old farmhouse, the historical shed, the fountain, the bakehouse, the swimming pool and the sauna. Electricity supply via the photovoltaic system and power storage. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use the open fireplace.

Gemütliche Fewo mit Abstrichen. Holz besorgen, Kamin fegen und Spülmaschine als erstes erledigt.
Dusche lief nicht ab und TV funktionierte nicht. 2. TV lt. Beschreibung nicht vorhanden.
Garten ungepflegt u. verwildert, Stühle u. Liegen ungepflegt und voller Grünspan. Hundekot überall auf dem Gelände. Sauna und Schwimmbad außer Betrieb u. in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Zwei Schlafräume hintereinander ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, vorderer mit sehr schlechten Betten.
Vermieter schlecht erreichbar, gibg nicht ans Handy man musste schon anschellen od. eine Mail schreiben.

Urgemütlich
Ich war hier, um eine Woche Bildungsurlaub (Ofen ist ca 20 Minuten entfernt) zusammen mit meinem Hund zu machen. Die Anbindung mit dem Auto ist prima. Abends habe ich den Kamin entfacht, Holz wurde bereit gestellt. Die Wohnung ist durch das viele alte Holz und die gemütlichen Möbel urig gemütlich. Mein Hund kam die offene und etwas steile Treppe gut hinauf, herab aber habe ich ihn getragen. Man ist hier auf dem Land, für uns prima für die Gassirunden. Die Wohnung liegt inmitten eines großen wunderschönen Grundstücks, dass ich - jahreszeitlich bedingt - leider fast immer nur im Dunklen gesehen habe. Wer also mal eine Auszeit braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein paar Meter entfernt kann man bei einem Bauern frische Eier am Straßenrand kaufen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Eigentlich eine nette Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit "naturbelassenem" Garten.
Fast eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen, sofern man keine besonderen Ansprüche an Sauberkeit hat.

Schöner Urlaub im Heuerhaus
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Dort gab es alles, was man brauchte. Die Ausstattung war gehobene Klasse. Tolle Küche, schönes gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein angenehmes Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Und sollte etwas fehlen, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Es hat uns gut gefallen - wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
Kurzurlaub zur Rhodo 2018
Das Anwesen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und so gemütlich, dass wir gerne geblieben wären. Die Ausstattung ist urgemütlich und so richtig zum Zuhausefühlen eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Sitzen und Ausrasten ein. Es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Großartiger Urlaub, leider viel zu kurz
Wir hatten sehr großes Glück, dass diese wunderbare Wohnung so kurzfristig noch zu bekommen war. Die Wohnung ist herrlich, liebevoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kinder und unserem Hund da und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sondern auch das Außengelände ist sehr weitläufig und vielseitig nutzbar. In dem kleinen Backhaus haben wir selber Pizza gemacht, die unheimlich lecker war.
Aber nicht nur die Wohnung und der Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt so phantastisch gemacht, sondern auch der tolle Vermieter durch seine unaufdringliche, sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene und sehr entspannte Art. Er war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
Wir danken für einen tollen Kurzurlaub und kommen immer wieder gerne vorbei.
Aber nicht nur die Wohnung und der Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt so phantastisch gemacht, sondern auch der tolle Vermieter durch seine unaufdringliche, sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene und sehr entspannte Art. Er war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
