The high quality, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, Senseo coffee pad machine and a modern bar-table with stools.
In the stylishly decorated living room with digital TV and internet access, there is a dining table and a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2 m) for an additional 1-2 people.
Bathroom with new sanitation, bathtub or shower. Bed linens, hand and kitchen towels will be provided.

Fundamentally, the following must be considered in the reservation of a hotel room:
If a room is ordered and the reservation confirmed by the hotel, a so-called guest accommodation contract or lodging agreement is created. This does not have to be in writing, a telephone booking is sufficient.
The conclusion of the accommodation or lodging contract obligates the contractual partners to fulfil the agreed upon mutual conditions for the duration of the contract: it is the obligation of the hose to provide the room pursuant to the order. It is the obligation of the guest to pay the price for the time (duration) of the order of the hotel room.
The guest accommodation or lodging contract is not handled differently from any otehr contract pursuant to the Civil Code. Any other agreements in the contract concluded or the General Terms and Contract (GTC), the lodging contract may not be cancelled unilaterally by any contractual party. Completely independently of the time or reason for cancellation, there is no right to the cancellation of the booking.
If the guest does not use the hotel room, they are legally obligated to pay the price for the ordered room made available by the hotel. This is not damage compensation, but a claim to fulfilment, which is often overlooked. Any operating costs which are not incurred, such as for the provision of bed linens can be subtracted from the claim. The amount of these savings are based on the concrete circumstances of the individual case.
The value of the savings under case law
for lodging/breakfast with a flat fee of 10 percent to 20 percent
for lodging/half board with a flat fee of 30 percent
for lodging/full board with a flat fee of 40 percent from the lodging price
are regularly considered suitable.
In a court case, the judge came to the conclusion that the guest had to pay 94 percent of the agreed upon room price. But an individual court decision cannot be generalized.

Super Lage. Modern und gemütlich eingerichtet
Für uns waren die Matratzen zu weich, daher hier ein Punkt Abzug.
Eine Info Mappe gibt es nicht. Aber ein angenehmer Austausch mit dem Vermieter klärt alle offenen Fragen.
Besonders gut, Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinentabs waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.
Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung daher sehr empfehlen.
PS: Die Spülmaschine sitzt nicht mehr in ihrer Verankerung. Das sollte zum wohle der Maschine wohl bald ausgebessert werden
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in perfekter Lage, z. B. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Porta Nigra.

Traum-Ferienwohnung
Die Innenstadt und fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. So kann das Auto mal auf dem Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung stehen bleiben. Trier ist auch ideal gelegen, um einen Ausflug nach Luxemburg oder Frankreich zu machen. Eine Tour entlang oder auf der Mosel darf natürlich nicht fehlen.
