Dear Guest,
The following travel conditions become part of the accommodation contract between you and El Parque Rey Carlos upon booking. By making your reservation, you acknowledge the travel conditions in their current version.
1 Conclusion of the Rental Agreement
1.1 With your travel registration, you offer El Parque Rey Carlos a binding conclusion of the accommodation contract. The contract is concluded with the receipt of the acceptance declaration from El Parque Rey Carlos. This does not require a specific form.
1.2 At or immediately after the conclusion of the contract, you will receive a written confirmation from El Parque Rey Carlos.
2 Payment
2.1 Upon conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due upon delivery of the confirmation.
2.2 The remaining amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For short-term bookings from the 30th day before the start of the trip, the entire accommodation price is due immediately.
2.3 Fees in the event of cancellation and fees for reminder costs are due immediately.
2.4 Changes to the agreed payment method can only be made 35 days before the start of the trip and only for outstanding payments.
3 Cancellation by the Traveler Before the Start of the Trip/Cancellation Fees
The traveler can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of the cancellation declaration at the organizer El Parque Rey Carlos (address see below after paragraph 5) is decisive. The withdrawal must be declared in writing.
3.1 If you withdraw from the trip or if you do not start the trip, El Parque Rey Carlos loses the claim to the entire accommodation price. Instead, provided that the withdrawal or the non-commencement of the trip is not the fault of the organizer, the organizer can demand reasonable compensation depending on the respective travel price for the travel arrangements made up to the withdrawal/non-commencement and its expenses (cancellation fees).
These cancellation fees are standardized under points 3.1 and 3.2, taking into account the proximity of the time of withdrawal to the contractually agreed start of the trip, in a percentage ratio to the travel price.
3.1 The standardized claim generally amounts per accommodation unit for cancellations:
up to the 45th day = 20% of the total travel price
up to the 35th day = 50% of the total travel price
up to the 25th day = 80% of the total travel price
up to the 5th day = 90% of the total travel price
3.2 For separately marked offers for selected, short-term or
discounted specials, the following cancellation fees apply:
up to the 45th day = 25% of the total travel price
up to the 35th day = 50% of the total travel price
up to the 25th day = 85% of the total travel price
up to the 5th day = 95% of the total travel price
From the 5th day 100% of the total travel price
3.3 Your right to appoint a substitute participant remains unaffected by the above conditions.
4 Rebookings
Upon your request, El Parque Rey Carlos will, if feasible, make a change to the confirmation (rebooking). Changes to the travel date and travel participants from 4 persons are considered rebooking. A separate fee of €50.- per accommodation unit will be charged for this.
5 Services, Prices
5.1 The services contractually agreed upon are derived from the service description (e.g., internet, booking confirmation) and the references made to it in the confirmation (point 1 ff.). Before the conclusion of the contract, El Parque Rey Carlos can make changes to the service description, about which the traveler will be informed before booking.
5.2 Special requests and individual travel arrangements
El Parque Rey Carlos endeavors to accommodate your requests for special services that are not advertised in the service description, e.g., private apartment adjacent or private apartment in a specific location, upgrade services upon arrival, etc., as far as possible. A separate fee corresponding to the scope of services will be charged for each individual service.
5.3 Travelers are entitled to a free early check-in on the day of arrival, if feasible. The booked private apartment is available to you on the day of departure until 11 am. The use of late check-out is made by individual agreement. If feasible, this is payable on-site against a separate fee of €35.-.
5.4 In the event of a subsequent change in the travel price, El Parque Rey Carlos must inform the traveler immediately. Price increases from the 20th day before the start of the trip are invalid. If the price increases by more than 5%, the traveler is entitled to withdraw from the travel contract without fees. The traveler must assert these rights immediately after the declaration of the price increase to El Parque Rey Carlos.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Schöner Urlaub in netter Umgebung
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal vom Gärtner,Service Kraft bis hin zur Rezeption sind sehr zuvorkommend und extra Wünsche werden schnellstmöglich umgesetzt.
Brötchenservice bis 8.00 werden die vorbestellten Brötchen an die Türe gehängt .
Der Pool ist immer sehr sauber und wird beheizt.
Man merkt ,daß diese Anlage mit viel Herzblut verwaltet und gepflegt wird.
Für unsere kleine Tochter mit 5 Monaten war es die erste Reise und es war wieder wunderbar.
Die Anlage, die Bungalows der Garten sind einfach traumhaft und super gepflegt.
Besonders macht aber alles das Team um Sven von den Putzkräften über den Gärtner bis hin zu Vincente.
Ein großes Lob an euch und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dort hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die Dünen. Die Bungalows sind geräumig und werden gerade nach und nach renoviert. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung.
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.???
Großer Pool und eine Grünanlage mit Lounge stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf Nächstes Jahr.

Die Einrichtung ist im Wohnzimmer aus Rattanmöbeln und der Wohnzimmer Tisch ist eine aus Eisen gebaute Blumen bank ca 40/40 cm
