Wonderfully preserved farmhouse from 1790, ideal for two to three families or a larger group who wants to experience relaxation, water fun, and fishing. Here, you have a piece of Norway all to yourself, with plenty of sun, a beach, a large lawn and an outdoor area with garden furniture for barbecuing. The house contains a well-equipped kitchen, several living and dining rooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a TV room and 4 bedrooms. Parking space for several cars on the plot. In the basement room with separate entrance, there is an old-time baking oven to bake bread or pizza. The oven takes time to heat up, but it's fun to make bread the old-fashioned way and enjoy it in the evening around the long table. There is a two-person canoe available free of charge, and the sandy beach is ideal for swimming. The farm has an old mill and blacksmith's shop by a stream. Beautiful nature in the area, perfect for hiking and picking berries and mushrooms. There is a fenced meadow with sheep opposite the main house. On the large lawn you can play ball or badminton, and for the little ones there is a splash pool and baby swing. The farm has a boat mooring where you can moor your own boat and from there explore Tvedestrand's beautiful archipelago. There is a drop-off at Hantho Brygge 1.5 km away. In the center of Tvedestrand, there is an outdoor swimming park and a pedestrian street with cozy niche shops and restaurants. In the inner harbor, there are several restaurants with a great view of the harbor. Feel free to visit the Staubø Culture Center (7 km) with a gallery, handicrafts outlet, café, culture trail, and kayak rental, or take a day trip to the towns Arendal in the south and Risør in the north. NB! Guests need to bring bed linen and clean the house at departure.

Was für ein schönes Ferienhaus! Es fühlte sich wie ein Zuhause fern von Zuhause an, Wir haben besonders die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse genossen – es war perfekt für den Morgenkaffee und abendliche Gespräche, Würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
