Beskrivelse

This cottage is a good choice if you are looking for a spacious cottage with a nice atmosphere. The cottage is located in a lovely garden with trees and shrubs, where there is also a small gazebo. The house is furnished with two good bedrooms and an open kitchen in connection with the large living room. The house is continuously renovated and appears bright. There is a large terrace where the sun can be enjoyed or a good barbecue evening. There is sandbox. In the cottage area there is a large communal outdoor pool, which is open in the period May to September, there is also a really large and nice playground for both large and small. There is fishing rights to the nearby Gudenå, but remember to buy the required fishing license. Not for rent to youth groups. Teglgårdsparken: The swimming pool is now open, however, the changing rooms and shower facilities cannot be used due to Corona rules.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles sieht neu und einladend aus, Der Grundriss passt nicht mehr, da das Haus offensichtlich aufgewertet/modernisiert wurde, Große schöne Terrasse, von der ein Teil überdacht ist, Schöner Garten mit Schaukeln und Trampolin, / Das Schlafzimmer bekommt recht warm, da es sich hinter einer großen Glastrennwand befindet und man durch das Wohnzimmer und den Eingang zum Badezimmer gelangen muss, aber alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Haus, das man auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann,
