Inside, the bright and spacious living area flows seamlessly into the open kitchen and dining space, creating a natural hub for shared meals and relaxation. Large windows frame the water, while direct access to a partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy fresh air, garden furniture, lounge seating, and the outdoor hot tub. The main house includes a double bedroom, a second room with a double sofa bed, and a loft area on the attic with two mattresses. The large bathroom is fitted with a whirlpool, shower, and WC, providing a spa-like experience at home. A separate annex on the property offers an additional living kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
