Swimming from the wharf 500 m away and at a shallow beach 32 km away. Great hiking opportunities with a mountain road to high mountain peaks such as Gulltanna 665 m.a.s.l. and Mekknoken 751 m.a.s.l. Road trips: 20 km to the Atlanterhavsveien. Kristiansund center with the canal boats and fast boat to the fishing village of Grip, 39 km. 49 km to Bud and 34 km to Hustadvika National Park. Molde, the city of jazz and roses, 72 km. Day trips to Mardalsfossen, Trollstigen, Geiranger and Ålesund. Bådalselva with trout, 15 km away.
