This is the perfect holiday apartment for a fishing holiday, located right by the fjord with excellent fishing conditions. The apartment is completely renovated in 2016. The building consists of two floors where the apartment is on the 1st floor. The ground floor is a storage room. Plenty of parking space. The plot is hilly with a rock behind the house. Wonderful fjord view and beautiful sunsets. This unit occupies the smaller part of the building, while unit 60732 is 15 metres away. The single beds can be combined and the double bed can be divided. International channels via Astra1. Linen and electricity expenses are included in the rent. Go hiking along the sea or higher up in the mountains. There is a beach 4 km away. Visit Botngård with shops, bowling and an ice arena. The boats are 30 metres away, tied up to a floating dock. Book these when you book the house. 19 ft Kaasbøl aluminium boats (2016 models) with 50 hp 4-stroke motors, chartplotter/gps/sonar, 6 rodholders and life jackets for rent. Several boats are available for rent upon request well in advance. 400 litre freezing capacity. There is a separate building for gutting the fish and an outdoor fish cleaning table. Storage room for your fishing equipment and drying clothes. You can go fishing all year round! 5 km to Ryvatnet, a lake with trout up to 2 kg. 50 km to a salmon and trout river, Nordelva.

Hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus, Der Platz war geräumig und wirklich gut gepflegt, Wir gingen jeden Tag angeln, und die Einrichtung zum Reinigen der Fische war super praktisch, Es war auch schön, auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang zu entspannen, Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
