Beskrivelse
Spacious vacation home built in 1903 but extensively modernized in 2012. Located in picturesque surroundings on the small island of Jegindø in the Limfjord, with a view over the water and not far from the harbor. The vacation home extends over two floors. Downstairs there is a well-equipped, large living room with a double sofa bed and TV with a selection of German channels. The climate-friendly heat pump provides heat in the house if necessary. Kitchen with dishwasher, among other things. Washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway. On the ground floor there is also a beautiful conservatory with wonderful views and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs in the attic there are two further bedrooms; one with a double bed and a cot, the other with a single bed. There is also an open loft with a double bed. For leisure fun, the conservatory has a so-called multi-table with 12 different games, including table soccer, table tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, etc. Outside, there are several terraces so that you can always find a sheltered spot. One terrace is screened off. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
