The living room

We have lovingly restored our wooden stand house for a year and now rent two out of three levels of holiday guests. Two fully furnished units with common entrance. Since the house is built on a slope there is next to the exit to the west terrace of the cozy kitchen (at ground level) also a balcony south / Switzerland to the mountains. All rooms have wooden floors and are warm and comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Our house is certified with 4 stars.

The highlight of our holiday home is the 90 ° panoramic view of the entire Alpine panorama with a corresponding view as well as the location above the Rhine at the Swiss border.

Gailingen is spa and resort and popular holiday destination. The banks of the Rhine invite you to linger, bathe and boating, Lake Constance and countless excursion destinations in Switzerland and Germany are in the immediate vicinity, and cycling and hiking trails along the Rhine are a magnet for excursionists from near and far.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Gailingen in a quiet location immediately adjacent to the nature reserve and hiking area.

The apartment in the basement with separate entrance is permanently rented.

Ground floor: living room with Alpine view, Smart TV, WLAN, telephone, wooden floors, roofed balcony facing south, dining room, cozy fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace west orientation, Nespresso coffee machine, bedroom with large double bed and access to the balcony, Bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

In addition: Washer and dryer for Mibenutzung in the basement, ironing board and iron, hair dryer. Barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, car parking space in the carport, 2 bicycles

Quiet location on the edge of the forest with a beautiful view, yet only 10 minutes walk to the shops or the Schmieder clinic, detailed information brochure with many excursion tips

We are always available for questions, but we are not on-site. Our detailed information brochure provides you with tips and ideas for excursions, restaurants, leisure activities, shopping and much more

Other important information:

In addition to the rent is a fee of 1.30 EUR per day per person (from 14 years) for tax. In return you will receive a guest pass, which allows free use of public transport as well as discounts on many public facilities and tourist destinations.

For bed linen and towels we charge 10 EUR per person.

During the school holidays we only rent on a weekly basis.
