This floor also features the large main bathroom with a sink, a level-access shower, a bathtub and a toilet. You'll find a sauna, a shower to cool down in and a relaxation room in the basement.

Das Alpspitzchalet ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz , Garten und einer Sauna im Keller. Es wurde neu renoviert, war sehr sauber und ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist reichlich. Es liegt ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Man ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit in der Fußgängerzone und hat auch gute Möglichkeiten Radtouren zu machen. Die beiden Terrassen und der Garten bieten genug Platz um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir waren zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs allerdings auch alleine dort Das Haus mietet man komplett (Keller mit Sauna und Ruheraum, EG mit Küche, Wohn-Esszimmer und Bad, 1. Stock mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Bad und die Garage), nur im Anbau des Hauses mit separatem Eingang werden noch 2 Ferienwohnungen eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus.
