In 2021, the holiday home was lovingly renovated and refurnished.
The holiday home features a spacious garden right next to the forest, a south-facing terrace and practical room distribution over two floors. But, its real strong points are its quiet yet close location to the beach.
Your pets are always welcome in our home. The property is completely fenced in and there are countless exciting walks.
Even in the off-season, the holiday home is impressively cosy thanks to the fireplace and underfloor heating - because a visit to the Baltic Sea is worthwhile no matter the weather.
The Baltic Sea beach with its fine sand is only 1.7 km away and is ideal for long walks.
Enjoy a fish sandwich on the beach!

Ein entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Auch mit unseren Nachbarn haben wir es super getroffen.
Ein liebes Pärchen mit zwei Labis.
Der Strand ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Promenade von Karlshagen ist auch gut zu erreichen (zu Fuß oder mit Auto - Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar). Es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés/Bäcker.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
Sehr Toll - aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die unseren Eindruck getrübt haben. Der Sonnenschirm war defekt, ebenso der Mückenschutz an der Balkontür. Zudem hat das Internet während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert, was leider die Funktion unserer Hundekamera beeinträchtigte. Die Tagesdecken waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber & im Eingangsbereich war ein sehr starker, unangenehmer Geruch nach Katzenurin über dem gesamte Aufenthalt.
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.gefühlt.
