Until the room gets booked again, the guest is obligated, for the duration of the contract, to pay the amount calculated in clause 4. Early departure due to poor weather, sickness or unpredictable events do not release the renter from paying damages. Compensation shall also be payable in the event of the non-use of any accommodation contractually provided by the accommodation company.
6) Travel cancellation insurance: we recommend that our guests take out a travel cancellation insurance policy which can be used in cases in which the booked accommodation is not occupied due to illness etc. and a guest is charged an empty bed fee due to non-fulfilment of the rental contract. The landlord can obtain the relevant forms for you from the spa administration.
7) The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of business.
