Welcome to our charming Moorish-style villa in Carvoeiro. This enchanting accomodation offers you an unforgettable stay in the Algarve. The villa has three spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which en-suite. The cosy living area is approximately 75m² and the fully equipped kitchen with additional storage leaves nothing to be desired. In total the villa offers over 300m² of living space.
Relax in your own tropical garden of approximately 2300m² and enjoy the large pool (12x6m) which can be heated at extra cost and is not visible from outside. There is also a private boule court and a carport. The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet, allowing you to enjoy your privacy,

Wir haben zehn wunderschöne Tage in der Casa Concha verbringen können. Das Haus war ein perfekter Mittelpunkt für unsere Tage an der Algarve.

Grundstück und Wohnräume sind sehr großzügig gestaltet. In der Küche ist alles erdenkliche Equipment vorhanden. Wohn- und Schlafräume sowie die Badezimmer entsprechen vollständig den Fotos. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig in einer sehr angenehmen Villensiedlung. Kleine und größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht.

Der Pool ist toll und windgeschützt. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus und auf der Dachterrasse. Im Patio kann gegrillt werden.

Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern und zur Verwalterin vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Es wird sich um alles schnell gekümmert.

Wir würden die Casa Concha sofort erneut buchen!!!

The garden offers cozy corners for relaxation, including a secluded courtyard, pool, and garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The park-like garden is meticulously maintained, and the home is clean, organized, and in excellent condition. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of single-story villas, the property provides a peaceful retreat.

Additionally, it is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers, and beautiful beaches of the Algarve.

Casa Concha is a villa that leaves nothing to be desired! It is situated in a very quiet residential area, you cannot see anything and the fruit in the garden literally grows in your mouth! The hosts are uncomplicated and everything went smoothly. A place where you can relax and leave nothing to be desired. We will be back!
