The house, flooded with light through large windows, has a bright living room on the ground floor with a high-quality sofa bed, a large dining table, and satellite TV. A very well-equipped kitchenette is adjacent to it. The furnishings and equipment are modern, new, and very tastefully coordinated. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, there is a bedroom with a double bed and impressive lake views, a separate sleeping area with another sofa bed, and the large bathroom.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included as a flat rate in the daily or weekly price according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or not in the amount charged.

Traumurlaub in der Casa Oliva am schönen Comersee
Ab Menaggio hat man gute Schiffsverbindungen, kann also per Schiff viele idyllische Orte am Comersee erreichen. Man kann so das Auto in der Garage lassen. Oder man macht eine Wanderung, z.B. ins Rifugio di Mennaggio mit einem Superblick über den ganzen See.
Leider stimmen die angegebenen Distanzen nicht: zum Einkaufen läuft man 1.3 km, ins Zentrum Menaggio und somit zu Restaurants über 2 km, teilweise entlang der Strasse auf engen Trottoirs. In der Nähe des Hauses hat es nur eine Bar (einziger Nachteil).
wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem tollen Haus, das sehr ruhig ist. Können es 100% weiterempfehlen.
Ausblick ist unvergesslich. Dafür hatte man im März ab ca 15.00 Uhr dann keine Sonne mehr.
Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, erreicht man den Ort in ca 15 min. Wir können das Haus guten Herzens weiter-
empfehlen, da es sehr gepflegt ist und mit wirklich allem ausgerüstet ist, was ein moderner Hausstand
braucht. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder.

Nach einem Todesfall im engeren Familienkreis brauchte ich dringend Ruhe und Abstand
Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen ein, ob Tagesausflüge, z. B. nach Como, Wanderungen in der Natur oder zu Besichtigungen der anmutigen, romantischen Orte rund um den See.
Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch der dazu gehörige Pool trägt zum Wohlfühlcharakter bei; einfach auf das Wasser legen und den zwei Milanen zuschauen, die am Himmel kreisen. Die Seele baumeln lassen, um dann wie auch vielleicht in diesem Jahr am Abend "unseren Jungs" beim Endspiel zuzujubeln.
