Casa Pisani is a large village house on a quiet street in the heart of Civezza. It has recently been upgraded by the current owners to a very high standard and has been expertly divided into three separate apartments.It also has a large swimmimg pool
Apartment 'Il Mulino' 2 Bedrooms
This apartment is on ground floor level and is accessed by its own iron gate. It has its own private sun terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The interior has been architecturally designed and offers all home comforts. The entrance opens into an open plan kitchen living room opening onto a terrace with enough space to either eat inside or outside. There is a double sofa bed, TV,and Wi fi. The double master bedroom has a walk-in closet and opens out onto a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The stone walled bathroom is modern and has a large shower.
Apartment Piazzetta 2 Bedrooms
This apartment is situated on the raised ground floor with private access to the side of the property. The kitchen has a dining table overlooking the garden. The open plan living room has sofa bed TV Wi fi.
There are two bedrooms 1 double 1 twin both have views over the garden and valley beyond. Modern family bathroom.
Apartment Il Faudo 3 Bedrooms
This 3 bedroom apartment is on the top floor with far reaching views over the gardens and valley. The light and airy living room has sofa bed TV Wi Fi. Modern kitchen with dining table. The master bedroom overlooks Piazza Venezia. The second bedroom has twin beds plus a 3rd if required. Modern bathroom with Bidet and large washbasin. The 3rd Bedroom is situated in a self contained guest cottage in the garden adjoining the apartment with a separate entrance which could be ideal for teenagers. There are two single bed on a mezzanine overlooking the kitchen/living area and has its own shower room and outside terrace.
The house has 3 private parking spaces at 200 meters or public parking spaces at 50 meters.

How to get to the house -By car from Milan:Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia.Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest. After leaving the Motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare don’t take the turn to Poggi but drive for 4 km on the main road eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza once in the village stop in via Giusti at the bus stop

We had a great time in Civezza and Northern Liguria. Village is small but great! And close to nice activities along the cost and inland. Very relaxing and the house was perfect for our group of three families.

We spendt 2 absolute fantastic weeks here in june-25, in total we were 11 adults and 3 children age 1,2 and 3. The house lived up to our expectations and beyond, of course 2 weeks sith sunshine helped :-)We can absolute reccomend this place and hope to be beack.

Sehr schöne und Ideenreichtum renovierte Wohnungen im Dorf. Traumhafte Blicke auf Berge und Meer. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen dort, hatten 3 Wohnungen und genügend Platz für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Wir hatten eBikes mit Kinderanhängern dabei und haben damit schöne Ausflüge ans Meer und über den Küstenradweg gemacht. Kleinere Einkäufe kann man im Dorf erledigen. Franco stand stets für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Tolles Anwesen! Wir waren 3 Familien mit insgesamt 7 Kindern. 6 Teenagern, einer 6 Jährigen und Hunden... Niemanden wurde es langweilig! Im 600 Seelendorf fehlt es an Nichts.. 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Bar, ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria. Wir waren in den Herbstferien für eine Woche in Civezza. Franco war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir ihn brauchten und hat uns immer gute Tips mit auf den Weg gegeben. Vielen lieben Dank Franco, wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Das gesamte Haus ist perfekt für ein Urlaub in einer Großfamilie oder mit mehreren Freunden. Anwesen ist super schön und es mangelt an nichts. Jederzeit wieder! Die Vermieter waren bei fragen immer sofort zur Stelle und haben diese beantwortet. Civezza ist ebenso ein wunderschönes Bergdorf! Es mangelt an nichts!

Härlig semester i genuin miljö och med alla bekvämlighetet. Trevlig och välkomnande värd med mycket god service. Bra hus med flera lägenheter för större sällskap. Fin restaurang och pizzeria i byn med god mat och personlig service. Bra med altan o egen tomt med pool. Lugnt i byn med härlig känsla och vänligt o välkomnande bemötande av alla . Nära mycket utflyktsmål och havet. fungerar bra med hyrbil. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Die Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und empfehlen diese Villa weiter. Für uns als Grossfamilie, war sie sehr geeignet.

Perfekte Unterkunft als Gruppe. Sauberkeit top, tolle Küche, super Pool. Es war rundum ein perfekter Urlaub mit einem tollen Gastgeber - liebe Grüße an Franko :-) Imperia selbst ist auch großartig. Wirklich toll war der kleine eigene Supermarkt um die Ecke. Hier gab es alles was man braucht wie z.B. jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Wir kommen wieder !

Meine ganze Familie (14 Erwachsene 2 Kleinkinder+ Hund) waren im Urlaub. Die Unterkunft hatte genug Rückzugsorte und eine tolle Umgebung und die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich bei jeder Angelegenheit.

Wir hatten mit drei Familien alle drei Ferienwohnungen in der Vorsaison. Die Wohnungen sind stilvoll ausgebaut, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten sind gut, die Küchen könnten etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Die Whirlpools haben nicht immer funktioniert, wurden aber jeweils umgehend von Pippo wieder zum Laufen gebracht.
Civezza ist ein typischer ligurischer Bergort mit schmalen Gassen (geparkt wird am Ortsrand), toller Aussicht, wunderbarer Umgebung (ausgedehnte Olivenhaine), zwei Restaurants und zwei Alimentari und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, größere Wanderungen oder zum sportlichen Radfahren. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten mit Auto oder Fahrrad entfernt.
Alles in allem können wir Civezza und die Ferienwohnungen im Casa Pisani sehr empfehlen.
