The freshly renovated, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove and self-cleaning electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also at your disposal.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and a guest room: One bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed as well as a sink and bidet. The other two bedrooms each have a large French bed (140 cm wide). The guest room consists of a single bed.
The house has two bathrooms, with the bathroom on the ground floor featuring a shower and sink and the bathroom on the upper floor equipped with a bathtub, sink, bidet, towel dryer, and a toilet. A second, separate toilet is available.
There is a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The garden is fenced and offers privacy from outside views. The car can be parked in the covered carport in front of the house.

If you, as the renter of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's withdrawal, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is prohibited by official orders due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Schönes Haus in toller Landschaft
sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Strandnähe
Die Lage in Richtung Plage Centrale ist optimal (ca. 200 m) und mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 5 min an den See bzw. in das Stadtzentrum von Hossegor.
Wir sind immer mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs gewesen. Die Radwege sind sehr gut und das Auto steht sicher im abgesperrten Hof.
Wir waren Mitte bis Ende Juni und dementsprechend war es ruhig.
In der Saison ist es insbesondere nachts deutlich lauter. Wer mit offenen Fenster schläft, fühlt sich ggf. gestört.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Das Haus haben wir über Herrn Bell gebucht. Wir sind treue Kunden von ihm und wissen seinen perfekten Service sehr zu schätzen.
