If you cancel the holiday you booked with us, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee. The fee is calculated as follows: Up to 45 days prior to arrival: 10%, 44-30 days prior to arrival: 25%, 29-22 days prior to arrival: 50%, later than that: 80% of the rental price. Of course we will do our best to find a substitute lessee for our accommodation! If we are successful, we won't charge you a cancellation fee for the newly booked period! As our guest, you have the explicit right to proof to us, your hosts, that our expenses resulting from any damages incurred due to your cancellation are lower than the cancellation fees we calculated as a flat fee or that no damages whatsoever were incurred. If you're able to provide such proof, you only have to pay the correspondingly lower amount.
We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Entspannung pur
Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und komplett, innen wie außen.
Das wirklich gute Wetter im September '20 hat ein übriges getan, um den Urlaub zu einem positiven Erlebnis zu machen.

Lieblingsplatz im Grünen
Mein Lieblingsplatz in der Morgensonne war mit Kaffee (Jura Maschine!) im Lesesessel, und abends in der Abendsonne mit Rotwein Im Strandkorb. Selbst bei einem komplett verregneten Tag haben wir uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht ins Freie!
Selten so ein schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit hochwertigem Interieur vorgefunden.
Der Blick aus dem hellen Wohnzimmer ins Grüne ist genial. Beruhigt und lässt einem zur Ruhe kommen!
