The property shares a large chlorine swimming pool (9x4 meters, depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters) with two other houses. The pool is equipped with child safety features, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. Behind the houses, you'll find a spacious communal lawn area with football goals, offering a safe space for children to play. The entire property is fenced, ensuring extra peace of mind for families.

Inside, the house is designed for functionality, maximising the available space. The living room features a Smart TV for entertainment, and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and basic cooking essentials, provides all you need for preparing meals during your stay. The house has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, a fan, and a wardrobe; and the second, ideal for children, with a bunk bed and a fan. There is one bathroom with a shower and sink. While the house lacks air conditioning or central heating, radiators and fans are provided to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the year. Please note that there is no cot or high chair available.
