Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obligated to pay the following proportional rental fees as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
A) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) For cancellation from 42 to 30 days before the rental begins, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellation later than 30 days before the rental begins, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant fails to arrive at a booked accommodation or ends the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination must be submitted in writing. The date on which the notice is received by the landlord is decisive.
