"Casa Amabile" is a successful example of how to preserve the charm of a house dating back to 1870 while simultaneously modernizing it. The combination of original features such as beamed ceilings, floors, and a fireplace with modern, light-colored furnishings and fast Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house and by the pool is particularly well-executed. With approximately 110 m² of living space spread over three levels, the house offers ample room for everyone to find their own private retreat. The house is separated from the approximately 10,000 m² enclosed parkland, with its mature trees, fish pond, terrace, and pool area, only by a small one-way street (the grounds are maintained twice a week by a gardener). In the upper part of the park, there is a roughly 50 m² gravel terrace with benches, tables, and a barbecue. The middle section features a fishing pond, while the lower section contains the pool area (approximately 9m x 4m, open from mid-April to the end of October, weather permitting). A small kitchen allows you to prepare food and drinks and enjoy them by the pool. An outdoor shower, changing room, and toilet complete the amenities. Both the park and the house offer stunning views of the lake.

Approximately 700 meters away, you'll find an idyllic outdoor swimming pool, a mini-golf course with a restaurant, shops in the village, a pond with fishing opportunities, public tennis courts, and the small church of San Martino with its picturesque old cemetery. Golfers can enjoy a round at the golf course in Premeno, located about 4 km uphill, while hikers will find an extensive network of well-maintained trails right at the entrance to the Val Grande, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings on foot. The town of Intra, with its restaurants and shops, public beach, and beautiful lakeside promenade, is just a 5-minute drive away.

You can park your car either near the pool area within the enclosed property or in your private parking space next to the house. There is also public parking approximately 30 meters away. Pets are not allowed.
