In the exteriors of this impressive villa you will find all the comforts you can imagine, such as a salt swimming pool with dimensions of 12mx5m and a depth range from 0.2m to 1.8m, which will be ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the wonderful sun loungers available. The little ones can swim in the shallow area or run and play on the huge terrace. A delicious barbecue can be prepared and enjoyed together in the outdoor dining area while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. The villa, being located in the countryside, has no direct neighbours, so you have total privacy.

Inside the one-storey house, you will find a modern dining room with AC, and satellite TV, so you can enjoy the best programmes without sacrificing maximum comfort. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms available, all equipped with AC and fans. Two of them have a double bed and one has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Two separate bathrooms with shower complete the stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Pets are not allowed.

AC is available during these hours: from 20:30 to 06:00 in the bedrooms and from 14:00 to 22:00 in the dining room.
There are animals on the farm (away from the house). The owner will feed them daily.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
