The house is built on two levels, on the ground floor modern, spacious and functional where we find a large living-dining room, next to the kitchen open to the living room fully equipped making 'all in one' with direct access from any point to the porch with its 'chillout' space and in front of the pool, the entire ground floor is air-conditioned hot/cold.
On the upper floor we find the 5 bedrooms, three of them equipped with air conditioning and two of them with fans:
- The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed of 200x180cm. which has its own private bathroom and a lovely terrace where you can see the sea to the horizon in its fullness, the mountains of Formentor and Alcudia as well as the port of Alcudia and its long sandy beach in the distance.
- The second bedroom has a double bed of 200x160cm. It also has its own en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
- The third bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm) and shares a bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
- The third bedroom has a double bed of 200x160cm. mtrs. it shares a bathroom with large shower and toilet.
- The fourth room has a double bed of 200x160cm. mtrs. this share the same bathroom with large shower, toilet and availability of fan.
- The fifth room is a large bunk bed, with the upper bed 200x90cm. and the lower bed 200x140cm. sharing the same bathroom, toilet and with availability of fan.
The terrace and pool area is equipped with terrace furniture, sunbeds and pool towels, with partial sea views from the pool terrace, and where you are sure to spend a very pleasant stay and evenings.
