Bedrooms
The 4 double bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, accessible via an internal staircase; they are cozy and beautifully decorated, with enchanting views of the garden, pool, and the unique surroundings from the windows. Each bedroom is painted in a different color, and each room has 2 fans, with all windows equipped with mosquito nets. Baby cots are available on request.

Living Room
On the ground floor, with access to the garden, there are 4 interconnecting living spaces, linked by typical Tuscan-style brick arches. They are furnished with comfortable seating, an antique fireplace, and satellite TV. On the first floor, accessible via the internal staircase, there is another living area with armchairs and sofas, as well as satellite TV. This room has a terrace which leads to the garden via a stone external staircase.

Kitchen
Adjacent to the living rooms on the ground floor, the kitchen has a direct exit to the garden and the covered terrace in front, where there is a dining table with chairs for meals. The kitchen is a real gem - in the center, a huge, custom-made table with a solid wood top, making food preparation a truly enjoyable experience. Beneath the table, there are various kitchen appliances, such as a mixer, bread maker, meat slicer, citrus press, Italian espresso pots, kettle, German coffee machine, toaster, and much more. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 5-burner gas stove, large fridge with freezer compartment. All dishes, pots, and pans are replaced with EVERY new tenant, ensuring always top-clean utensils. An arched passageway leads to the adjacent dining room, furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs, and another antique natural stone fireplace for cooler days in spring and autumn. Child high chairs are available on request. Bread and bread roll service for breakfast available on request.

Bathrooms
On the first floor, 2 of the bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, plus a third bathroom between the other two bedrooms, all with shower cubicles, washbasins, toilets, and bidets, equipped with first-class fixtures, beautiful mirrors, and plenty of space. On the ground floor, there is 1 additional bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and bidet, and in a small anteroom, a washing machine, ironing and cleaning utensils, with a hairdryer in each bathroom.

Garden
Size 430,000 sqm, of which 120,000 sqm is fenced (fence with wire mesh 1.70 m high). The extensive garden area around the holiday villa is full of Mediterranean plants, with olive trees and huge rosemary bushes making up the largest part. The terrace in front of the kitchen, where the dining table is located, is shaded by a wisteria, there is a large fig tree with delightful fruits in early autumn, cypresses, broom and juniper bushes, mulberry trees, oaks, sweet chestnuts, and many others. A built stone oven for pizza baking and a built garden grill are available. Within the property - with an automatically opening garden gate - there are enough parking spaces. The meadows directly by the house invite children to play and romp, offering a true, safe paradise - no cars, no roads, no neighbors, divine peace for the soul to dangle, accompanied only by the chirping of birds, healthy air, and overwhelming nature.

Pool
The pool, in a paradisiacal sunny location just below the villa, has a child-safe access gate, interior lighting, hot and cold outdoor showers, umbrellas, sun loungers, and shady spots under olive trees for relaxing. Next to the pool, a large meadow where children can play and romp. The pool has Roman steps, is 7x14 m in size with a depth of 1.40 - 2.50 m. The pool area is fenced: partly with a wire mesh fence 1 m high, partly with hedges and vegetation 1 m high.
