The equipment is of high quality and the kitchen and bathrooms are of current standard.
The spacious terraces are equipped with high-quality furniture and there is an outdoor shower and a heated Jacuzzi available.
The property of approx. 1.500 m² is planted with numerous olive trees and is completely fenced in.

End of Season Kurzurlaub
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut in einer privaten Wohndomäne gelegen. Absolut ruhig und uneinsehbar. Das Grundstück an sich ist sehr gepflegt. Alles ist grün mit älterem Baumbestand. Es ist jedoch in den Hang gebaut und nur über geräumige Treppen zugänglich.
Es hat alles, um eine sehr ruhige Zeit zu verbringen. Sogar mit Blick auf das Meer.
Manchmal ist die Lage eben nicht alles!
Sehr geehrter Herr Sellmer,
wir bedauern sehr wenn das Ferienhaus nicht Ihren Ansprüchen und Vorstellungen genügte. Bisher gab es aufgrund der zahlreichen sehr positiven Bewertungen und vielen Stammkunden auch für Langzeitaufenthalte keinerlei Grund an der Ausstattung bzw. der Größe des Esstisches zu zweifeln. Dieser ist im Übrigen auch auf Seite 6 des 35-seitigen Exposés groß abgebildet. Dort sind zudem Aufnahmen des Mobiliars aller Räumlichkeiten vorhanden. Was die zusätzlichen Gebühren bei Notwendigkeit der Entsorgung des Hausmülls nach Abreise angeht, so sind diese ganz klar in den AGBs aufgeführt und diese werden vom Reinigungsunternehmen unserer Agentur in Rechnung gestellt. Es ist uns wichtig zu erwähnen, das unsere Agentur hieran nicht partizipiert, wir haben diesen Betrag 1:1 abzuführen. Hierdurch entsteht für die Agentur lediglich weiterer Verwaltungsaufwand, den wir uns natürlich sehr gerne sparen. Erneute Rücksprache mit dem zuständigen - vom Eigentümer beauftragten - Reinigungsunternehmen hat ergeben, das die Mülleimer in der Küche und auch in einem Bad nicht entleert waren. selten schöner Garten, sehr zum empfehlen!
Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten und Blick aus Mittelmeer.
Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung
Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr engagiert und freundlich.
Vom Haus aus kann man zu Fuß den Hafen, Strand und alle Geschäfte erreichen. Im Ort selbst gibt es einige leckere Restaurants.
Gerade zu Corona Zeiten war dies ein optimaler Urlaub für uns gewesen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Top Urlaub
Dass die zweite Schlafunterkunft nicht intern direkt verbunden war mit der Schlafunterkunft wo auch die Küche und Wohnzimmer war, wussten wir nicht.
Bei Kinder die nicht nahe dem Teenagern Alter sind, könnte das mögliche Probleme geben.
Da wäre der Hinweis in der Doku hilfreich.
Sonst war alles super und mit Top Ausstattung.
Wir kommen wieder.
Modernes Haus in schöner Umgebung
Wir danken für Ihre Hinweise zum Ferienhaus. Zwei weitere Liegestühle befanden sich im Lagerraum! Zwischenzeitlich hat der Eigentümer das Mobiliar ergänzt und einen weiteren Barstuhl mit Rückenlehne sowie zwei zusätzliche Sessel für den Wohnbereich ergänzt. Insofern ist nun - neben zwei gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern - auch im Wohn-/Essbereich alles notwendige für vier Personen vorhanden.
