In Kamperland, just 2 kilometers from the Veerse Meer, you’ll find this beautifully renovated 4-6 person dike house. The semi-detached house, dating back to around 1900, has been fully modernized while retaining its characteristic charm. The large enclosed garden, bordered by a ditch and a fence, enhances the rural feel of this unique holiday home.

This house offers the perfect place to relax and escape daily stress while enjoying views of the surrounding fields and the nature reserve De Schotsman. The location is exceptional, with the Veerse Meer, the North Sea beach, and the Oosterschelde all just 2 kilometers away, ensuring water fun for all ages. You can also enjoy walks through nature reserves or long bike rides through the polder landscape. This holiday home in Kamperland is ideal for an unforgettable vacation.

The property is only available from Friday to Friday in July and August.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a television, a DVD player, a radio, and a stereo. The open-plan kitchen features a dining table, a four-burner stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a grill.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower/bath combination and a sink. There is also a separate toilet.

A steep, open staircase leads to the attic floor, where two attic rooms are separated by a curtain instead of a door. Here, you’ll find a double bed and two single beds.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, central heating, a washing machine, a highchair, and free Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a large, beautifully landscaped garden that is fully enclosed, with a ditch on one side and a fence on the others. The spacious terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking is also available.
