The Residence is equally popular with holiday guests and purchasing clients. Besides the nearby public beach (approx. 400 m), special highlights include the large, well-maintained swimming pool (approx. 25 m x 12 m), with snack-bar and changing cubicles (open approx. mid-June to approx. early September, weather dependent), and tennis courts (for which there is a charge).
Further attractions are the sub-tropical plants, a wonderful, permanently unobstructed view of the lake, and the spacious, sunny balcony.
The appartment has a covered parking space within the enclosed complex.

Eine sehr gute Lage und eine traumhafte Aussicht reichen nicht aus um als Traumwohnung zu gelten
die Aussicht > ein Traum.
Grundriss > ansprechend.
Ausstattung > ist überwiegend 70er Jahre. Die Wohnung verfügt über äußerst wenige Steckdosen ( 3-Wohnzimmer, 2-Küche!!!!) >schlecht abgesichert. Hauptsicherung ist im Keller > keine Info
Möblierung > minimalistisch aber ausreichend. Der Terrassent hängt durch, das Bett ist keineswegs ein Garant für einen erholsamen und guten Schlaf.
Küche > außer dem Geschirr gibt es Nichts.
Das Sat-TV stand die komplette Woche nicht zur Verfügung!
Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung und die Tür- /Toranlage der Residenz.
Die Betreuung vor Ort >ausschließlich italienisch, minimalst englisch, kein deutsch > ist leider im Notfall nicht zu erreichen. Vermittler ebenso!
