The incredible exterior of the house, has a large chlorine pool of 9x4 meters and a depth of up to 2 meters surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and umbrellas where you can relax in the sun. In addition, the villa has a porch furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals, and a terrace that offers different charming corners where you can enjoy a drink at sunset or a relaxed evening by the fixed barbecue.

Moving inside, the villa combines a functional design with a cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. Distributed over two floors, it consists of a spacious living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room with space for all guests and a modern kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook like at home. To complete the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor, you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available on request. Finally, the house has a laundry area, iron and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning is optional and is charged separately, €25/day.

Please note that the road to the entrance is shared with another property but in the house you have total privacy.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
