You can expect a light-flooded, spacious 140 m² holiday home on 3 levels.
The spacious upper floor houses a light-flooded living & dining area with large window fronts to the balcony, as well as the kitchen and a toilet. The dining area with an elegant crystal dining table & 6 comfortable chairs invites you to spend time together & enjoy game nights.
The harmoniously integrated open, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality equipment including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, German coffee machine, toaster, and kettle leaves nothing to be desired.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bedroom with two single beds beckon for a good night's sleep, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower. From one bedroom, you can access the balcony. Wardrobes provide ample storage space for holiday attire.
The beds are made upon arrival, and we also provide towel sets. Please bring your own pool towels.
In the basement, there is the third spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 x 195) and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine (free use).
Relax from your numerous activities in your own outdoor whirlpool (for your exclusive use!) in the covered terrace area with lake views & let your soul dangle.
For cooling off, you can jump into the pool, which can heat the water temperature up to a pleasant 26 degrees during the spring and autumn months.
Pets are not allowed in this house, making it optimal for those with pet hair allergies.
