A paradise by the sea with such a large garden is rare in Fuerteventura. This villa is very tastefully decorated. Antique furniture meets the modern. Other highlights? A large, rustic and cozy kitchen, the very large light-flooded living room, a large bedroom with en suite shower room, a small bedroom and reading room with a dream sea view and a spectacular spacious terrace, partly covered and partly sun terrace, which also offer sea views from everywhere, as far as the eye can see. Our prices are always "from prices", which often fluctuate with the season and current occupancy. Upon request, you will receive a non-binding offer from us with the correct price.

Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Das Platzangebot ist enorm. Terrasse und Garten sind riesig und schön. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung echt in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist trostlos, das Wasser in der Dusche steht knöchelhoch, dass geht überhaupt nicht. Im hinteren Hausteil (Privatbereich) stinkt es wie in einer Klärgrube, regelrecht widerlich. In einem solchen Zustand darf man ein Haus nicht zur Vermietung anbieten. Um das Haus herum findet man eine sehr trostlose Gegend. Die Zuwegung ist geschottert. Eigentlich schade, weil viele positive Elemente vorhanden sind.

Lieber Herr Schneider, die Villa Jardin ist einer unserer schönsten Unterkünfte im Süden der Insel und wird von der Inhaberin gehegt und gepflegt. Der Zustand der Möbel und die Einrichtung ist exakt so wie auf den Fotos. Es handelt sich zum Teil um antike, ältere Möbelstücke aus Deutschland. Wieso buchen Sie denn so ein Haus, wenn Sie einen anderen Stil erwarten? Das Badezimmer ist klein und nicht das neueste. Ja. Aber auch das sieht man doch auf den Fotos. Davon abgesehen wird es gerade renoviert. Ein vergleichbares Haus und Anwesen wie dieses finden Sie kaum im Süden der Insel. Die Umgebung ist nun mal so auf Fuerteventura. Der eine findet sie trostlos, der andere findet diese traumhaft. Sehr schwer zu verstehen ist auf jeden Fall, dass Sie uns in der Woche in der Sie dort waren nicht informiert haben. Abwasserprobleme lassen sich rasch beheben. "Im hinteren Hausteil (Privatbereich) stinkt es wie in einer Klärgrube" ??? Spätestens hier hätten Sie uns doch sofort informieren müssen? Wir sind doch quasi um die Ecke. Und was bitte haben Sie gegen einen geschotterten Zuweg? Das gesamte umliegende Wohnviertel ist so und wird von der Gemeinde Pajara leider nicht angeschlossen. Echt schade, dass sie hier ihre Kritik äussern und nicht bei uns vor Ort.
